Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, approval, execution, amendment, renewal, and termination, ensuring contracts align with business objectives and legal requirements.
Identify legal, commercial, and compliance risks within contracts; propose and negotiate risk-mitigation strategies; and escalate material risks to the Group Legal Director with clear recommendations.
Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and delegated authority frameworks; maintain standardized templates and support audits and regulatory reviews.
Monitor contract performance, key obligations, milestones, and renewals; manage contract repositories and reporting dashboards; and provide regular insights and metrics to the Group Legal Director to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and SLAs.
Lead, guide, and mentor the team to ensure high-quality performance of contractual relations and professional development.
Collaborate with the Legal director, Legal Manager and Senior management to support strategic initiatives, trainings and business planning.
Track and report contracts management system, KPIs and ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment as a Contracts Manager and/or in an in-house legal management role within a recognized law firm.
Managerial experience with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.
