In this role you will have the opportunity:

To be part of a truly diverse department who is leading the change in an established family business. You will have the opportunity to interact with large group of companies whos’ industries include but are not limited to Construction, automotive, heavy equipment, real estate & joineries.
This position will have the responsibility to support for all human resources functions including but not limited to on-boarding, talent acquisition and recruitment, performance management, training, attendance and time management, employee relations, employee engagement, disciplinary action, policies and procedures implementation

   Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performance Management – perform performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends. Responsible to advise the management team on potential performance risks and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives and legislation.
  Ultimately, responsible to recommend, design and monitor short-term and long-term productivity strategies for the department.
• Training and Development – Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company. Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials. Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel
• Organization Development – Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources. Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Administration or Law, Master Degree is a plus
• Professional HR Qualifications an advantage
•  5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role within similar industry
• ORACLE Experience  is a MUST
• HR General Knowledge – Knowledge of HR processes principles, practices, methods and programs.
• Proficiency in English language
• Familiarity with business software , Microsoft Office , reports
