About the job
1. Role Objective
Implement and manage the transformation framework, policies and procedures. Ensure awareness and compliance of the system, rules and regulation by all employees and contractors.
2. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Growth & Sustainability related :
· Execute all assigned tasks and to ensure that these are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
· Report on the overall performance and work progress of tasks assigned
Customer related:
· Execute all customer facing transactions in line with ADDC customer strategy resulting in higher satisfaction and timely delivery of services
· Address customer needs, problems and requests in a timely manner
· Ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience
· Support the customer focused culture minimizing disruption to impacted customers ensuring customers are kept informed
Operational Excellence related:
· Utilize the ADDC transformation framework and tools which are in turn developed aligned to leading global practices
· Play the role of change manager in all major enterprise programs/ projects to ensure that the program creates minimal impact of customers and business while delivering the envisaged benefits
· Develop and maintain change management tools and techniques which can be reused in other large programs
· Develop and maintain benefits register for all large enterprise programs to ensure that the programs deliver the business value on the basis of which they were approved
· Play the role of a Project Management Office (PMO) for all large internal projects including defining and maintaining the schedule and budget as well as tracking and reporting progress.
Performance Driven Organization related:
· Acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs
In addition to the above, the incumbent shall also perform all other duties assigned by line manager
Technical:
- Project / Program Management
- Process Design and Planning
- Knowledge of P&U Regulations/ Frameworks
- Knowledge of P&U industry
. Qualifications & Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years
