About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Agent to join the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Lead service delivery for private dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee seamless event execution, from setup to guest departure, anticipating needs.
- Collaborate proactively with culinary and events teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold impeccable service standards and operational efficiency in all private dining areas.
- Serve as a dedicated guest liaison, promptly addressing needs to guarantee satisfaction
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
- Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
- Exposure to working with a multi-cultural team
