AutoCAD / Document Controller Full Time

AutoCAD / Document Controller Job in Dubai, UAE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors
• Sets goals and reviews all data and analyses reports.
• Identifies potential/actual problems with appropriate Automated Systems,  document storage systems etc. and provides suitable solutions
• Develops system performance criteria and measures accordingly
• Identifies procedural discrepancies and addresses them along with the supervisor
• Assesses need for development of new procedures and techniques including DPPs and HPPs relating to FMD areas of responsibility
• Coordinates with other departments to serve the needs of those departments based on CMMS and documentation needs
• Participates in the planning of new and expansion of existing services.
• Prioritizes for optimal use of time
• Meets  the targets and deadlines for work completion as established and agreed with the Supervisor
• Organize the Document Control System according to industry Standards
• Maintain the CMMS systems in an effective manner to get the best statistical reports as required by the Director FMD

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Diploma in Engineering
• AutoCad Certification
• Preferred Certification in Document Control

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of five (5)  years’ experience as AutoCad Draughtsman
• Document control experience in a related industry
• Knowledge of JCIA Standard
• Previous Engineering Administration / Work control experience in hospital/healthcare institute.
