Overview of the role
Optimize the stock levels at the lowest possible costs by ensuring all working methods described in IKEA Logistics manuals are implemented as required to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
What you will do
OPERATIONAL
- Handle the offloading and loading of containers.
- Ensure safety in all goods movement between sales floor and buffer as well as maintaining personal safety & others safety
- Ensure the highest level of stock integrity in every task.
FINANCIALS
- Minimize the damage cost while operating heavy equipment and report any issue immediately to Goods Flow Team Leaders.
Required skills to be successful
- Good communication skills.
- Able to do physical work.
What equips you for the role
- 1-2 years retail experience
- Goods-flow/supply knowledge preferred.
- A valid fork lift driving licence.
