The primary responsibility is to develop, maintain and strengthen business relationships with customers and companies in general from any type by doing a regular visit to their premises to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction standards in the designated area.
Qualifications
- High School or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
- Valid UAE driver’s license
Experience
- Experienced UAE national with relevant work experience preferably in sales for Automotive, Retail, FMCG industries or Fresher’s with a minimum of a high school degree in Business Management
Service Advisor-Automotive
The primary responsibility is for receiving and delivery of customer vehicles to ensure service is provided in line with dealer policies and procedures. The role involves coordination and follow-up with the Workshop, Parts and delivery team and achieving set labour and spare parts targets as required. The jobholder acts a liaison between the customer and the concerned departments
Qualifications

Experience

Customer Service Representative/ Call Center- Exchange House
The primary responsibility is to provide efficient service to customers to achieve customer retention and growth, to process transactions as instructed by Branch Management, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Experience
- Experienced UAE national with relevant work experience in customer service/ client facing roles or Fresher’s with a minimum of high school degree in Business Management with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
