Warehouse Team Leader Jobs in Dubai, UAE
Overview of the role:
The primary responsibility of Warehouseman is to perform investigation of customer claims, perform sales returns, new model parts bin assignment, dispatch of deliveries. Ensure all the warehouse KPI’s are achieved as per the target. Acts as an assistant team/floor leader and helps the team for performing their tasks correctly.
What you will do:
- Check accuracy of the picked items
- Check accuracy of case shipping unit labels with destination
- Assist in investigating DR claims by physical checking of stocks and comparing it with the current book quantity then submit the investigation result to the storekeeper.
- Perform bin location assignment for NMP, stock transfers and bin location update in SAP with 100% accuracy.
- Investigate warehouse denials and determine root cause of denials.
- Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues.
- Communicate positively with team leaders and fellow workers to coordinate deliveries.
- Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently
Required Skills to be successful:
- Microsoft Office application skills.
- Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
- Capable of writing instructions and documented procedures
- Able to multi-task
About the Team:
Reporting to Warehouse Supervisor and handling a team, you will be working in a busy state of art Automotive warehouse environment located in Dubai Investment Park (DIP)
What equips you for the role:
- High School or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a simlar role
- Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
