About the role

• Responsible for executing and controlling processes of registration of all UAE
  stores with Dubai Municipality, Emirates Authority for Standardization and metrology, FTA or ministries.
• To manage, control and follow up on all necessary documents, artworks or
  physical products needed from suppliers, for products registration.
• Liaising with Service Providers and Dubai customs on daily basis to maintain good
  relationship and ensure maximum compliance with the local import rules and
  regulations.
• Insuring efficient and collaborative operations for all logistic activities by
  liaising between the end supplier, freight forwarder and all departments.

• Reviewing and processing all documentation for accuracy and compliance with
  regulations prior to submitting to Customs for release of merchandise.
• Maintaining import/export database and files, and preparing various reports related to import/export activities.
