• Managed the schedule of reservations and distribution among servers.
• Answered phones: recorded, confirmed reservations;transferred calls.
• Completed opening and closing procedures according to set standards.
• Managed Front of House when Upper Management was unavailable.
• Communicated with Kitchen for Daily Briefing, including Guest allergies, special requests, and wait times.
• Welcomed guests into establishment, ensured adequate accommodations.
• Guided guests through dining rooms and provided needed assistance.
• Provided support to other areas of restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, as well as guest and table assistance.
