Lube Production Assistant Full Time

To coordinate with Lube Blending Plant, in all aspects for the production of EMARAT, Exports and third party lubricants requirements, in accordance with stated directives.

Key Accountabilities

Lube Production: 

• Coordinates with Central Workshop Storekeeper and third party representative to arrange transfer of finished products.
• Co-ordinate with transport agencies on containers for individual foreign customers ensuring that the vehicles and the containers meet plant safety standards. Prepare export documents as per custom requirements.
• Direct all loading operations. Schedules in co-ordination with MELUBCO Plant, ensure that loading, documentation and packaging are in accordance with requirements, ensure prompt dispatch of the container.
• Co-ordinate with LPS / Storekeeper in preparing transport documentation for Custom purpose and carries out all preparation for shipping documents.
• Coordinate with flexi Bag Suppliers & Technicians ensuring the bag availability and condition meeting the safety standards.
• Prepares and organises blending Packaging, schedules, and deliveries including submissions of the reports.
• Performs additional duties/assignments as directed by Manager.

Qualifications / Requirements

Knowledge:

• Lubricants Tribology Fundamentals

Education:

• Diploma in Technical or Chemistry Field

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years in Production Factory or Procurements

Competencies:

• IT literate
• Excellent Communication and Planning Skills.
