Job Description
– Implement effective physical security measures across the Aswaaq’s premises to ensure that safety of all resources
– Supervise outsourced security personnel to ensure safety
– Liaise with vendors on security systems and processes to ensure timely availability of resources
– Inspect security systems, equipment and machinery to ensure operational efficiency
– Ensure security policies, regulations, rules and norms are implemented and strictly adhered to
– Handle lost & found items and update it in the system
– Follow emergency response procedures in case of any incident like fire etc
– Issue work permit to outsourced workers and check their documents to ensure security
– Meet cleaning and security supervisors to ensure premises are always clean & safe
– Monitor car parking area activities and report any incidents for immediate action
– Minimize or eliminate safety / security mishaps by assessing risks and develop programs to address these issues
– Monitor the premises regularly and promptly report any risks or security hazards to the management
– Monitor day to day activities in the mall areas.
– Check the opening & closing timing of shops.
– Submit Monthly customer count report to Mall Management executive.
– Submit weekly maintenance report to Executive Mall Management.
– Submit weekly Operation Tenants Penalty report.
– Supervise Security guards and Cleaners.
– Follow up with energy saving reports and submit to Executive Mall Management
– Report Lost and found items to Executive Mall Management on monthly basis
– Review incident reports from Security and submit to concerned department

Qualification & Experience
– Diploma in any discipline
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
