Job Description

1. Ensure all the RMA’s are posted in the company’s system on daily basis
2. Generate invoices
3. Ensure proper filing of all related documents
4. Liaise with the sales team for any discrepancy in the customer returns
5. Stock responsibility in the absence of the storekeeper
6. Following up with accounts and invoicing data entry for hold orders
7. Arrange with store keeper for stock taking

Requirements

Education: Diploma Or Equalant

• Knowledge & Experience:  1 –2 years of experience infield of Warehousing.
• Advanced MS Office
• Good communication skills (English Language – oral and written)
• Able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period
• Working knowledge on Oracle
