Cabin Crew Recruitment Officer Full Time

As a Cabin Crew Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring qualified Cabin Crew to join our organization. You will work closely, and partner with, the in-Flight Operations team to source and select candidates globally, ensuring compliance with Etihad and GCAA regulation, licensing requirements and company policies, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at all times.

  Accountabilities

•   Execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified Cabin Crew within a dynamic and highly competitive talent landscape
•   Utilize aviation industry networks, job boards, social media and other channels to source potential candidates
•   Develop understanding of key target markets for Cabin Crew candidates based on data and metrics
•   Develop and maintain industry knowledge around competitor airline activity
•   Proactively establish and nurture relationships with prospective candidate pools
•   Make recommendations on location strategy for recruitment events
•   Lead the recruitment event globally. Ensuring a fair, consistent, rigorous and equitable process is followed
•   Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support
•   Focus on continuously improving the attraction and selection methodology to ensure we target and hire the best aviation talent in the market.
