About the Role

The Camp Boss is responsible for the overall management and supervision of staff accommodations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for all residents. This role involves coordinating with various departments, handling employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Job Description

• Accommodation Management:
  Supervise and manage daily operations of the camp, including cleanliness, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure all facilities (water, electricity, air conditioning, etc.) are functioning properly and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  -Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for the camp.

  Staff Supervision:

• Lead and manage the camp staff, including cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure all staff follow health and safety guidelines.
• Provide training and development to camp staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.

  Health & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per UAE laws and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the camp facilities.
• Handle emergency situations, such as medical issues or safety hazards, promptly and effectively.

  Resident Welfare:

• Address and resolve any resident concerns or complaints.
• Monitor the well-being of residents, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
• Facilitate recreational activities and ensure residents’ morale is maintained.

  Record Keeping & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of residents, including check-in/check-out logs and occupancy reports.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on camp operations, maintenance needs, and any incidents to management.
• Manage the camp budget, controlling costs and expenses.

  Compliance & Regulations:

• Ensure the camp complies with UAE labor laws and other relevant regulations.
• Liaise with local authorities as needed for inspections or regulatory compliance.
