About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to join the Kids Club team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab- Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Ensure the highest standards of appearance and grooming as per company guidelines.
- Apply and uphold rules, regulations, policies, and procedures outlined in the handbook and company’s code of conduct policy.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the brand values, mission, and vision statements.
- Always project a favorable image of Jumeirah and the Jumeirah brand.
- Maintain and update LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards applicable to the work.
- Attend department meetings, daily briefings, and training sessions as required.
- Manage work schedules effectively, providing adequate notice for any schedule deviations.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs
- 3-5 years of experience with same filed experience in a similar position within a luxury 5-star environment is desirable
- Creative.
