Truck Operations Coordinator Full Time

Job Summary

• Manage ground level operations of trucks, allocate, manage and direct drivers to operational areas.
• Provide loading guidelines.
• Conduct TBT on a regular basis.
• Ensure that drivers adhere to driving standards.
• Keep training records.
• Time and record management and optimization of resource allocation.
• Communicate and provide timely truck and driver information to customers.
• Ensure seamless communications with all stakeholders internally with ER and externally with Customers.
• Notify any incident /near miss to HSE team.
• Optimal utilization of trucks and driver management.
• Keep full track of truck telematics and conduct audits when required.
• Liase with equipment suppliers if needed for timely maintenance of trucks and trailers.
• Timely collection of delivery receipts and coordination with accounting team for timely invoicing.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Commerce
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transport/Logistics Industry in UAE.
• Full knowledge of DOT/RTA and Transport regulatory authority rules and regulations.
• Good knowledge in truck operations and basic knowledge of trucking components.
• Excellent in Excel and latest Computer Skills.
• Good Language skills in English and Asian Languages.
