Network Optimization Strategy Full Time

Synopsis

This role focuses on creating high-impact presentations for senior leadership, transforming complex data into clear and compelling stories. Working across departments such as Revenue Management, Network Planning and Strategy & Projects, the position involves automating the presentation process to ensure efficiency, as well as creating ad-hoc presentations to a standard of excellence. This position provides a blend of data analysis, storytelling, and strategic collaboration, all aimed at supporting key business decisions.

Accountabilities

• Proficiency in presentations, delivering high-level decks to VP and C-Level • Automate Weekly/Monthly Decks, freeing time for Ad-Hoc requirements
• Alignment with Commercial Steering in transversal projects.
• Support the development & execution of the strategies developed by the network optimization teams.
• Summarize/visualize results and highlight insights & opportunities.
• Monitor routes impacted by regulatory restrictions and provide information to RM team to change steering if required.
• Monitor the build on new frequencies/routes and update the network team. • Participate in cross-functional forums (Operations / Cargo) and provide NRO recommendations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration
• 4 years working experience in a complex numerate and analytical environment, experience within airline industry preferred or management consulting. 
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools including at least 2 of; SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with solid experience in business analysis, and at least 2 of; segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, web analytics.
