In this role, you will:
- Responsible for the end to end scope, design and build of digital platforms and applications.
- Execute the Emirates Group digital learning and talent applications and platforms strategy, in alignment with business requirements.
- Execute design, integration and implementation of new digital platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with IT, partner learning providers and vendors to ensure alignment and seamless integration/ migration of digital learning technologies with existing technology architecture and operations at the Group.
- Stay up-to-date on digital learning technology trends. Continuously scan the digital landscape to identify new global trends and best practices in platform, tools and technology use.
- Ideate, execute and evaluate innovative digital learning experiences through POCs, pilots, vendor partnerships and research.
- Use a variety of learning metrics, data and insights to drive continuous improvement and enhancement of learning experiences
- Ensure all applications and platform solutions create an accessible, seamless, consistent and current user experience.
- Work closely with broader Digital and L&T teams to ensure complete alignment of learning solutions with platform capabilities, offering a smooth and effective service to the business.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in learning technology administration/ management (LMS/ LXP).
- 2-3 years of experience with reporting/ dashboarding/ PowerBI/ SQL.
- 2-3 years of experience with HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript.
- Progressive experience in a digital learning technology role with at least three years of designing, developing and implementing experiences/ applications/ tools/ technologies.
