Roles and Responsibility
• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and E-Commerce to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including Digital Media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing assets.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract and retain passengers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance marketing reach and effectiveness.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships to promote passenger train services.
• Develop strategies to enhance passenger engagement and loyalty.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
Desirable qualifications, skills and experience
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience and Other Skills:
• Proven experience 5+ years in marketing role, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis tools.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
