About the job
The candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end marketing activities for Loyalty Program from developing strategy, goal setting, planning, execution, testing and optimization, to analyzing results and progress against the goals and KPIs for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Execute enterprise loyalty and rewards programs, both online and offline.
- Deliver program performance reports, tracking results vs forecast and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and collaterals for loyalty and rewards programs.
- Partner closely with product management, digital marketing, corporate communications, marketing services, and sales teams to execute marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.
- Providing rewards and making sure they align with customer expectations and values.
- Driving long-term customer engagement through gratifying experiences.
- Supporting the timely and effective delivery of all loyalty campaigns from content creation to execution.
Qualifications
- Degree in MBA, majoring in Marketing, Business and IT Management or related field.
- Min 5yrs to Max 10 yrs experience in a Loyalty Program role from any retail formats.
- Familiar with CRM management platform, BI tool or related digital platform
