About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join Front Office in Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Provide guests with a unique and outstanding experience, ensuring all interactions are friendly and professional.
- Warmly welcome and orient guests while delivering effective and efficient service.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the respective domain (Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Butler) to answer all facility, product, and service-related queries.
- Guide, promote, and upsell products and services related to the respective domain to increase sales and encourage repeat business.
- Answer phone calls and assist guests by using domain-specific applications for bookings, scheduling, and billing.
- Consistently maintain high service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- A student at a hospitality or business school, or a recent graduate.
- Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel or any other luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
- Available to start in August.
