Adjunct Faculty in Management

The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Management, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2025–26 academic year.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Ph.D. in Management from a reputable, preferably AACSB-accredited, university.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in Management-related courses.
• Relevant industry or consulting experience that provides practical insights into organizational management.
• Ability to design innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in a range of Management courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning.
• Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment.
• Promote effective collaboration with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop managerial competencies, leadership skills, and professional growth.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, case studies, and real-world applications to enhance course delivery.
