The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2025–26 academic year

Qualifications & Experience

• A Ph.D. in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related field from a reputable university (preference for AACSB-accredited institutions); applicants with a Master’s degree and substantial industry experience will also be considered.
•  Proven record of teaching excellence at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in innovation and entrepreneurship courses.
•  Relevant industry or consulting experience in innovation and entrepreneurship that provides practical insights for the classroom.
• Ability to design innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, ensuring alignment with course objectives and linking theory to practice through case studies, simulations, and experiential learning.
• Assess and monitor student performance, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Develop, update, and manage instructional resources, syllabi, and project-based learning activities that connect classroom concepts to entrepreneurial practice.
• Foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Engage with industry partners, entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders to enrich learning outcomes and provide networking opportunities for students.
• Motivate students to develop entrepreneurial mindsets, resilience, and problem-solving skills while collaborating with colleagues to promote a culture of innovation.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods, technologies, and resources to enhance course delivery and bridge classroom learning with practical application.
• Capacity to collaborate with industry partners and community networks to enrich teaching and student learning.
