Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate employees’ performance and identify weaknesses.
2. Identify training requirements according to needs of blue / white collar employees.
3. Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths.
4. Encourage & Motivate employees for training.
5. Oversee employee attendance and performance.
6. Track employee success and progress.
7. Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
8. Prepare and deliver training courses and update training programs as per hiring manager’s requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Masters
2. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience from training field
3. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience with designing training programs and workshops
4. Ability to lead a full training cycle
5. Knowledge of various training and learning (Teaching) methods
6. Great interpersonal and communication skills
7. Very well versed with MS Office tools and excellent in PowerPoint
8. Hands on experience in content making, graphic designing (Not Compulsory but an added advantage)
