Responsibilities:
- Evaluate employees’ performance and identify weaknesses.
- Identify training requirements according to needs of blue / white collar employees.
- Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths.
- Encourage & Motivate employees for training.
- Oversee employee attendance and performance.
- Track employee success and progress.
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
- Prepare and deliver training courses and update training programs as per hiring manager’s requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Masters
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience from training field
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience with designing training programs and workshops
- Ability to lead a full training cycle
- Knowledge of various training and learning (Teaching) methods
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Very well versed with MS Office tools and excellent in PowerPoint
- Hands on experience in content making, graphic designing (Not Compulsory but an added advantage)
