Overview of the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Contract Controller to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for collating information, generating reports, and monitoring service contracts profitability. You will interact with customers, the workshop team, and the sales team, and present reports related to service contracts to senior management.
What you will do
- Collate information from the ERP system or other sources related to service contracts and generate reports within the specified timeline
- Alert the workshop manager or higher management about exceptions that may affect the profitability of the service contracts
- Present reports related to service contracts to higher management within the specified timeline
- Prepare and share relevant reports with the principals related to service contracts within the specified timeline
- Maintain contact with service contract customers for technical and commercial matters, ensuring positive customer feedback
Required skills to be successful
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive or a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in service contracts management in a reputed automotive dealership
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Sound technical knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Ability to think analytically and plan and organize effectively
