Overview of the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse In-Charge to oversee our parts warehouse operations within the Commercial Vehicles – AFM TMHE division in Dubai. This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse processes, and compliance with safety standards.
What you will do:
- Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of parts and supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of parts to prevent damage.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout for operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and task allocation.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Required skills to be successful:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
About the team
You will be part of the Commercial Vehicles – AFM TMHE aftersales division, working closely with the Aftersales Manager to ensure the smooth flow of parts operations. The team is performance-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers
What equips you for the role:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or parts operations.
- Prior experience in the automotive or commercial vehicles sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
