Develop compelling, audience-focused marketing content for websites, landing pages, brochures, email campaigns, scripts, speeches, and institutional campaigns.
Optimize all digital content for search engines (SEO), ensuring alignment with best practices for discoverability, ranking, and engagement.
Craft messaging to support strategic initiatives such as accreditation, global rankings, research impact, fundraising, and institutional transformation.
Produce editorial content, including op-eds, thought leadership articles, and feature stories for internal and external publications.
Maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice across all channels, adapting tone and style to suit diverse platforms and audiences.
Collaborate with translators/editors to ensure bilingual content (English and Arabic) is accurate, culturally appropriate, and impactful.
Work closely with designers, videographers, and the social media team to ensure alignment between visual and written communications.
Contribute to content planning and scheduling, provide creative input into content strategy, and refine materials based on performance insights.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing copywriting or content development.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to create content in various formats, including long-form writing, scripts, and advertising copy.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword usage, and content optimization strategies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with higher education audiences and communication styles is an advantage.
