Job Purpose

We are looking for a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimize warehouse operations. The role focuses on maximizing productivity, managing fleet and space efficiently, ensuring accurate stock control, and driving team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management:

• Oversee dispatch planning, delivery scheduling, and fleet maintenance. Ensure GPS tracking and preventive maintenance plans are followed to minimize breakdowns and control costs.

Productivity & Efficiency:

• Monitor daily operations to ensure timely execution of inbound and outbound activities. Track KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance and reduce delays.

Space Optimization:

• Plan and execute stock arrangements, replenishments, and periodic reorganization to maximize warehouse space utilization and streamline workflows.

Operational Knowledge:

• Ensure compliance with logistics, customs, and warehouse procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Team Management:

• Lead warehouse staff through effective job allocation, training, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Foster a collaborative and disciplined work environment.

Stock Control:

• Conduct regular stock counts, manage discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory records. Coordinate with relevant departments for claims, adjustments, and disposal of obsolete materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and MS Office.
• Proven ability to optimize space and resources.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
