Accommodation Superintendent Jobs in UAE
Scope: The Superintendent- Accommodation Services and Projects is responsible for the smooth running and supervising all of TG Accommodations’ portfolio. This includes the daily running of accommodation and ensuring the Health, Safety, Hygiene, Welfare, and security of properties of TG Employee accommodations properties leased and owned. Being reactive to any issues that may arise until resolution.
Financial:
- Ensuring mobilization/ demobilization goes to plan and allocated budget – often out of hours.
- Special events are organized and run to the allocated budget.
Customer:
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of TG Residents.
- Actively working on identifying areas of improvement by promotion open communications.
- Oversee events and accommodation supporting projects from start to completion.
- Provide training and guidance to Managers and Lead supervisors on internal processes and educate on the regulations required for Accommodation services.
Process:
- Collaborate with peers to help with the daily running of TG accommodations, including training and compliance.
- Provide any assistance to other Managers with peak deployments on priority contracts as required.
Innovation:
- Identify new and better ways of doing daily tasks in TG accommodations.
- Identify and explore ways to work more efficiently and cost effective.
- Putting lean 6 sigma training into practice.
Selection Criteria:
- Up to 10 years in the industry or experience with managing a large group of employees.
- Occupational Health and Safety certificate
- Experience providing training on policies and processes.
