About the Position:

We are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join Emirates Transport – Transport & Lease team. The Account Manager is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client’s needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage the relationship and accounts of key clients and drive revenue growth.
• Manage Transport and Lease contracts of key accounts including creating new contracts, updating, and editing such as adding, canceling, changing, or early returns.
• Manage purchasing orders of vehicles, buses, special equipment, driver’s uniform, stickers, and tracking systems.
• Manage equipment requirements for the contracts of major dealers according to the requirements of the dealers.
• Review and approve newly developed and updated key accounts contracts.
• Review and approve purchase orders of key accounts and lead the execution.
• Review and approve the distribution plan for key accounts contracts for drivers, dispatchers, and employee supervisors.
• Review and approve the budget for buses and vehicles to grow and modernize the current fleet of key accounts.
• Review and approve the quotations of key accounts.
• Review and approve the database for the key accounts including the information about the assigned drivers and vehicles for each client.
• Manage bids and tenders of key accounts.
• Review the inputs and estimation for the calculation of contract costs.
• Responsible for the implementation of technology initiatives with departments and suppliers according to accounts requirements.
• Issue the circulars concerning the decisions of the organization for contracts of accounts.
• Follow up on the issuance and review of regular monthly invoicing and, contribute to facilitating debt collection for accounts.
• Manage contracts and their profitability, and the sales process for existing contract additions, extensions, and renewals.

Expected Qualifications:

• BSC in Management, Marketing, or relevant field

Experience and Skills Set:

• 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as CRM.
• Strong customer service and project management skills.
