Adjunct Faculty in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Full Time

Qualifications & Experience

• A Ph.D. in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related field from a reputable university is preferred; candidates with a Master’s degree and substantial industry experience may also be considered. • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in courses related to innovation and entrepreneurship. • Relevant industry or consulting experience in innovation and entrepreneurship that provides practical insights for the classroom. • Proven ability to develop innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies. • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses, ensuring that course objectives are met and students are engaged. • Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback. • Organize and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks. • Foster a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment. • Cultivate effective working relationships across the organization and within the community. • Inspire and motivate students and colleagues to overcome challenges and pursue personal and academic growth. • Actively seek innovative methods and resources to continuously enhance course delivery. • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and current educational technologies. • Familiarity with the “Credit Hour” academic system. • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with a diverse student body. • Excellent organizational skills for managing instructional materials efficiently.
