Adjunct Faculty in Management

The College of Business Administration at Ajman University has an opening for an Adjunct Faculty member in Management, starting in Fall 2025-26.

Qualifications & Experience

· A Ph.D. in Management from a reputable university is preferred.

· Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.

· Relevant industry or consulting experience in Management that provides practical insights for the classroom.

· Proven ability to develop innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.

· Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in various Management courses, ensuring that course objectives are met and students are engaged.

· Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.

· Organize and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks.

· Foster a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment.

· Cultivate effective working relationships across the organization and within the community.

· Inspire and motivate students and colleagues to overcome challenges and pursue personal and academic growth.

· Actively seek innovative methods and resources to continuously enhance course delivery.

· Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

· Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and current educational technologies.

· Familiarity with the “Credit Hour” academic system.

· Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with a diverse student body.

· Excellent organizational skills for managing instructional materials efficiently.
