The Role:
The Admin Assistant will report to and support a designated manager and business function in order to achieve overall business objectives. You must be able to prepare and update daily reports and KPI’s for the management.
Additionally you will:
– Take full responsibility for dealing with customer complaints and queries
– Communicate with the store and the operations team
– Respond to phone calls and address customers’ concerns in a professional manner
– Escalate issues to the management and ensure that all the issues are resolved within the given time frame.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
– At least one year’s experience in an administrative support function.
– Customer care experience and good interpersonal skills.
– Fluency in English (written and spoken).
– Good computer skills, especially in Excel.
– Arabic fluency.
