What you’ll do?

• Support the Buyers with vendor management, ad hoc tasks
• Handling Complaints of Retail & Vendor Accounts Management
• Stock Monitoring (in-stock + in-transit) and ensuring the products are delivered on time
• Demonstrated ability in managing reporting and analysis
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, SQL is a plus
• Demonstrates excellent time-management/prioritization skills and the ability to work independently
• Create recon report for all inwards for assigned vendors.
• Connect with suppliers for CN for short/damage received.
• Creating PSPOs for GRN Correction, liaising with WH and vendors to fast-track invoice clearance.
• Help in clearing box Qtys. and ensure RTVs are picked up on time for assigned vendors/sellers.

What you’ll need?

• Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive feedback.
• Problem-solving capabilities to create strategies to improve support quality.
• Excellent English vocabulary & writing skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility and get the task done.
• Have good knowledge in MS office and presentation skills.
