Synopsis
As the Artificial Intelligence Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining AI frameworks and leading an Agile scrum team focused on developing and implementing AI solutions across various aspects of our airline operations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, establish technical strategies, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the airline industry
Accountabilities
Framework Definition: Define AI frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within the airline industry.Scrum Team Leadership: Lead an Agile scrum team of data scientists, engineers, and other AI specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the development lifecycle.AI Project Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, from ideation and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and IT departments, to identify AI use cases, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies, trends, and emerging research, and leverage this expertise to drive innovation and continuously improve our AI capabilities.Quality Assurance: Ensure the qualit
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on defining frameworks, leading scrum teams, and delivering AI solutions in a complex environment.
Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI-related domains, with hands-on experience in implementing AI algorithms and models.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience working in the airline industry or a related field (preferred).
