About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to join the Nomad Restaurant at Jumeirah Creekside. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Your main duties will include:
- Ensures that all colleagues’ activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah Quality Standards.
- Attending to guests by welcoming and seating them.
- Cater to their requirements by taking food and beverage orders, serving food and beverages to customers and attend to customers’ needs.
- Communicating the orders to the kitchen effectively, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks etc. in line with Jumeirah standard operating procedure.
- Any other duties such as working in different department as may reasonably be requested by the management team including assistance for large events or hotel functions.
About You:
- Previous 5 Star Luxury Hospitality experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Team Player – Collaborates positively and effectively with others and team
- Knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and table service skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes.
