JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Distributing stocks of designated brands to stores

·        Reallocating stocks based on sales

·        Creating the Purchase Order

·        Processing the Invoices for the consigned Brands

·        Preparing GRN/Costing Sheet

·        Calculating brand specific incentives for retail staff

·        Handling inventory control

·        Stock Ageing analysis

·        Liaising with logistics and procurement team at the Principal end for shipment

·        Involving in Brand sponsored events

·        Coordinating for brand related training for retail staff

·        Handling customer queries

·        Assisting the Department with all aspects of day to day reporting

PROFILE

·        Graduate preferably in business management, accounts or computers

·        2+ years of relevant experience

·        Excellent /Advanced skills in MS Excel

·        Excellent communication skills / Fluent in English

·        Good Interpersonal skills

·        Good understanding of retail brands

·        Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
