What You Will Do
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and key stakeholders, ensuring timeliness and 100% accuracy.
- Generate and analyze business-specific reports, supporting the Planning Team and automating planning documents using Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to identify business pain points and drive impactful solutions.
- Simulate sales incentives as per policy and communicate incentive breakdowns clearly to Sales, HR, Finance, and Accounts teams.
- Deliver insights that directly influence management’s direction and business strategy.
Required Skills to Be Successful
- Highly analytical mindset with a passion for data and numbers.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience handling large datasets and using data analytics/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

What Equips You for the Role
- Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role—preferably within the automotive sector.
- Proven track record in data-driven analysis, reporting, and business insight delivery.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment.
