Overview Of The Role:
The Business Development Executive supports the Business Development Manager in achieving International Business objectives across assigned markets. The role focuses on growing existing business, developing new markets and customers, and driving profitability through strategic initiatives. It requires close coordination with internal stakeholders while ensuring adherence to company policies and processes. The Executive contributes to annual business planning, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions are essential for success in this role.
What You Will Do:
• Support International Business in achieving overall business objectives and provide full support to the Business Development Manager.
• Achieve international export sales and profitability targets for assigned markets in line with annual business plans.
• Sustain and grow business from existing markets, regions, and countries while supporting BDMs as required.
• Identify and develop new markets and customers to expand the international business footprint.
• Drive profitability by improving margins through value-added initiatives and customer-focused solutions.
• Coordinate with Finance to monitor receivables aging on a monthly basis and keep it within acceptable limits.
• Recommend region-wise parts movement lists to Procurement, ensuring accuracy and timely planning.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth export operations and documentation.
• Ensure timely movement of booked and packed goods from the warehouse with minimal turnaround time.
• Prepare and share monthly performance reports with analysis and corrective actions where required.
• Ensure International Business KPIs are met through accurate and timely execution of responsibilities.
• Support special projects assigned by management while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, audits, and departmental SOPs.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in international business, preferably within a reputed automotive dealer or brand in the GCC.
• Prior experience in business development or sales within the automotive spare parts sector is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications with strong presentation skills.
• Valid GCC driving license is an added advantage.
