Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible to market set of ICT Solutions & services to the target customers and maintain excellent customer relationships leading to target achievement.
Job Description:
- To study the new market opportunities and look for better business revenues.
- To develop the targeted customers for more business.
- To identify key stakeholders at client’s place and schedule meetings with them and understand the requirement clearly at a macro level.
- To suggest and provide the right kind of solutions and conduct technical presentations surveys along with presales & sales team and sound in IT Devices , ICT and Enterprise solutions (Network, security Server/Storage solutions).
- To follow up with the customer until closure for the case and provide them the services as per their urgency.
- To collect feedback and provide feedback to the client on a regular basis.
- To establish a rapport and long-term relationship with the customers
- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.
- Answering customers’ RFP’s and RFI’s for our local and global sales teams.
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience : At least 10-15 years of experience in ICT solution & services sales in UAE.
Educational Qualification: Preferably post graduate / Engineering Graduate
Professional Certifications Sales certifications is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
ICT Solution selling & account management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Note: Should have Valid UAE DL & Vehicle.
