About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Butler to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, manage luggage, and provide a warm, personalized welcome experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored services, including arranging amenities and handling special requests.
- Deliver seamless food and beverage service, maintaining deep knowledge of menu offerings and service etiquette.
- Carry out guest registration, cashiering, and related administrative tasks while maintaining smooth and professional interactions.
- Recognize and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective service recovery and escalation when necessary
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in F&B is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
