About noon Grocery
noon’s dedicated grocery platform, noon Grocery is the Middle East’s online supermarket serving customers across the UAE and in Riyadh, and Jeddah, KSA.
From fresh produce sourced from local farms through hand-selected retail partners to groceries and products carefully chosen and packaged, noon Grocery offers customer favorites at the best prices. noon Grocery also provides a completely contactless service, including online payments and doorstep deliveries.
What you’ll do:
- Assist Buyer in day-to-day activities
- Vendor follow-ups
- First buy creation
- Manage assortment master (cost/case-pack/content)
- Ensuring timely payments of suppliers and partners
Recon
- Reconcile the vendor statements and noon statements of account
- Solve for any recon-related issues (inwards/short/excess/unit price mismatch)
- Liaise with suppliers and partners for any Credit/ Debit note requirements
- Creating PSPOs for GRN Correction, liaising with WH and vendor to fast-track invoice clearance.
- Help in clearing box Qty and ensure RTVs are picked up on time for assigned vendors/sellers.
What you’ll need:
- Good understanding of buying, merchandising or category management
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- E-commerce experience will be good to have
- Data-oriented and high on analytical ability
- UAE Nationals only
