Job Description: 

MAJOR FUNCTIONS

Undertakes all transportation related activities within Crescent such as driving guests and staff as per the jobs allocated. Receives and delivers relevant documents and items as per the jobs requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Work Processing and Working Relationships

·         Collects and drops visitors or staff in addition to relevant documents and items as per the instruction of the Administration Supervisor.

·         Collects and arranges delivery of visas from/to consulates, embassies and airports.

·         Performs routine vehicles maintenance (e.g. taking company cars for regular inspections and filling tires).

·         Maintains assigned vehicles clean inside and outside all the time.

·         Keeps driving records such as mileages and gas receipts.

·         Observes speed limits and obeys all related traffic rules and regulations

·         Performs genera office duties which include payment of utility bills of company premises, visiting banks and other institutions to deliver/collect mail.

·         Maintains excellent relationships with all Crescent staff.

·         Maintains good relations with outside parties/vendors (e.g. post office and personnel within banks, embassies etc).

Minimum Professional Experience Required

·         5 years of light vehicle driving experience

·         High School Certificate and valid UAE driving license
