Collection Officer Full Time

Job Purpose

To ensure that all payment are collected from customer as per SOA on timely basis

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for payments as per due date and SOA
• Collect cheques/PDCs from customers and submit to Credit controller with report
• Submit and collect document to / from bank
• Perform regorus follow up with customer for old outstanding prior to referring to Legal dept. for action
• Assist Legal Consultant by providing document, reports, and/or any other information that will be helpful for receivable related cases
• Prepare and submit weekly collection report to credit controller
• Comply with QMS requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent in any field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience payment collection
• Prior experience in military/police would be plus

Knowledge & Skills

• High school or equivalent in any field
• Good communication skills (Arabic & English)
• Influential personality
• Good interpersonal skills.
