Responsibilities

• Adheres to the division’s policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and ethical requirements.
• Follows and applies international and organizational standards of endocrine care across all clinical activities.
• Diagnoses and manages patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, ensuring evidence-based and patient-centered treatment approaches.
• Reviews clinical assessments, laboratory investigations, and imaging results, monitoring patient progress and modifying management plans as appropriate.
• Participates actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the delivery of comprehensive, safe, and holistic patient care.
• Supports research, education, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and service excellence.
• Demonstrates a commitment to compassionate, family-centered care and promotes patient education to support long-term health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine/ MBBS Degree or any equivalent qualification from an accredited institution or as defined by DOH PQR.
• Certificate of Completion of specialty training recognized by DOH or as defined by DOH PQR. Western board such as CCT , AmericanBoard etc will be preferred.
• Must hold a valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (Where applicable).
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience post specialist qualification or as defined by DOH PQR as an Endocrinologist.
• Thyroid FNA experience will be preferable.
• 5 years or plus experience as an Endocrinologist.
