About the Position:
We are looking to recruit a Contracts Specialist to join Emirates Transport – Transport & Lease team. The contract specialist is responsible for managing the cross-functional contract signing process, and administering the CRM and Oracle applications to track, organize and process documentation and activities related to the organization’s contractual arrangements.

Key Accountabilities:
- Assess contract documentation and requirements ensuring the contract are up to date. contracts are updated.
- Liaise with Finance for any invoicing issues.
- Support internal stakeholders to prepare reports regarding contract performance.
- Prepare and review new and renewed contracts.
- Oversee the development and updating of customers’ database.
- Conduct contract profitability analysis.
- Review, evaluate and update contract terms and conditions.
- Coordinate the contract signing process and administer the record-keeping system.
- Facilitates the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contractual agreements.
- Identify incorrect, inconsistent, and incomplete data entries in the designated contract management system.
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts with customers.
- Follow-up on the periods of contracts and their renewal dates.
Required Skills :
- Extensive knowledge of contract principles and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Contract Management software, and CRM systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.
- Six years of relevant experience is required
