We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator Technology for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.
Purpose:
Provide administrative support to Technology Department in order to ensure smooth operations of the day to day activities and assist in all facility requirements to the Vice President, Managers, and all employees across Technology Department.
Work within the established policies and procedures within the department.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor the distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
– Monitor the distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
– Manage and control the archiving system and retrieval of any document as and when required.
– Maintain and update as required a departmental filing system which ensures that documentation is easily accessible.
– Keep a record of all files retrieved and track their return.
– Undertake work processing duties, including formatting letters, memos and reports prepared by the Line Manager and the department to an acceptable standard of accuracy and timelines.
– Take messages for managers and engineers who cannot be reached and ensure that message are relayed to the correct person.
– Assist with basic day to day administration tasks.
– Co-ordinate with different sections on the issuance or renewal of new/ expired Staff Passes, Vehicle Passes, Equipment Passes, Staff Airport Driving
Permits, staff car parks etc. by preparing and submitting online applications and supporting documentation.
– Prepare applications for passes for Visitors, Contractors and their vehicles and equipment and submit applications for approval by Senior Management.
– Coordinate their receipt by relevant parties.
