Data Entry Operator Full Time

Key Accountabilities:

• Enter data from various sources into ERP/Inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness; verify and update inventory transactions.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies; compile, verify, and sort data for computer entry.
• Maintain data entry procedures and protocols; respond to audits, procedures, and CAPA and ISO-related documentation.
• Generate reports and perform backup operations; prepare monthly department and MIS reports.
• Scan, file, and archive documents using logical nomenclature; respond to queries and access relevant files.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
• Keep information confidential; correct data errors and check outputs.

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Fluency in using Fiori apps
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems
