MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control drawings, specifications, design records, standards, procedures, correspondence, minutes of meetings and supplier documents, etc
• Document registration, issue control, copying, distribution and transmittal
• Ability to generate, maintain, and regularly provide an update on documentation statuses and reports
• Co-ordination and support of Consultants and Contractors document controllers
• Effectively communicate documentation issues within the project team, the Consultants, and the Contractors in a clear and timely manner

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum overall relevant experience 5 years
• Minimum relevant experience 3 years in the role
• Experienced user of internet-based document control systems preferred e.g. Asite
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage
• Fluent English both written and spoken, Arabic speaker an advantage.
